Significant Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Reduction @ Leading Mortgage Bank.

As a large bank with more than a million mortgage accounts, managing a collection of operations is a very complex task. Due to various causes, the level of Non-Performing Loans has exceeded the targeted risk level. To overcome this situation, the Bank has formed a Task Force Team to re-engineer the Collection Business Process. BpXcellence was appointed to support the Task Force Team to identify the root cause, re-design the business process and roll out the implementation bank-wide.

After 1 year of development and 1 year of roll-out implementation, the NPL was significantly reduced to the expected level.
