Human Capital SOP and Policy Development in a Strategic Government Institution
Being a strategic government institution is a challenge, because public put very high expectation towards them. On the other side, the institution was facing an internal challenge to integrate latest human resources practices, while still align with state’s law and regulations that must be obeyed. There were also other challenges to fulfil public expectation and to manage the workforce origin. Both has a big impact on increasing a complexity during the business process design.

After three months of meeting series and FGD, the draft of SOP and policy was ready and submitted to the institution’s commissioners. The outcome was as expected, the new human capital SOP and policy was approved and endorsed by the commissioners to be applied.
